bprimal reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you. Your continued use of this website after any amendment becomes effective, constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as so amended.
In these Terms & Conditions:
"we", "our", or "us" means bprimal (ABN 89 9527 386 19).
“You”, “Your” means an individual or company wishing to order products or services from bprimal.
You agree that the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute that might arise between you and bprimal.
bprimal makes every effort to ensure that the content of the website is accurate and up-to-date, but bprimal does not offer any warranties (whether expressed, implied or otherwise) as to the reliability, accuracy or completeness of the information appearing on the website.
Colours depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in colour variations shown on the website.
Prices of products, services, delivery and other charges displayed on these websites are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.
By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.
All prices are in Australian Dollars
Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting bprimal via email or telephone. If an order has already been dispatched we will not be able to exchange the product.
All items purchased from bprimal are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the title for such items and the risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier or postal service.
All our products are sent to you in good condition and packaged correctly, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product on arrival.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.
As a customer of bprimal you will receive occasional email communications from us that relate to the services we provide to you, and you will have the option to opt-out of all non-essential email.
Unless otherwise indicated, all rights (including copyright) in all content, other material and compilations contained in, or used to create or support this website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, video images, audio clips and navigational and other software are owned or controlled, and are reserved by bprimal.
From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
What bprimal does with your information
We do not make your personal information available to third parties, with the obvious exception of external organizations for the purposes of fulfilling your order.
We do provide aggregate data to third parties
We store website data and email queued on our servers, only for use as back-up data should it be required
We may customise our email newsletters and communications to reflect your interest in a particular service
We access historic correspondence and details about earlier conversions in response to customer service issues and, to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on bprimal
We monitor and store your online requests for webpage’s and services for research and to keep a history of your transactions with the business

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Flat Rate Shipping is AU$8.95 Australia Wide.
We deliver using a selection of premium couriers in Australia, such as Couriers Please and Fastway. These couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address for delivery upon checkout.
Express Shipping is available for AU$15.00
International Shipping is available to New Zealand for a AU$18.95 flat fee.
We aim to deliver your shoes in a box, however this is not always possible, and you may receive your shoes in a soft satchel. Should you particularly want us to send your shoes in their box, please make a request at checkout).
We will dispatch your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday only, except public holidays).
You will receive a tracking number and link to track your delivery once it has been dispatched.
Some models/sizes are ONLY available on back order - if you order items that are not in stock, it will say Pre-Order Now instead of Add to Cart when you check out. Delivery for pre-order items generally take 2-4 weeks. We will contact you within 24 hours of your order with an expected delivery date.
We understand that selecting the right size when buying shoes online can be difficult. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing, we'd be more than happy to assist. Just email us or chat us.
Shipping is free for size exchange (one exchange per order). Free shipping for size exchange excludes sale and clearance items. All postal charges for exchanges on sale and clearance items will be at customer's expense. International shipping for exchanges will incur additional charges.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from bprimal within 30 days of purchase, we'll exchange your product or refund your purchase (excludes any Ship in the Box, or postage costs).
We offer a 30-day-no-worries return policy for Correct Toes, with a 90-day materials warranty, if they split or break during use. You may also return Correct Toes within 30 days, even if they have been used or modified.
Please note that all item(s) must be accompanied by the original box (if applicable), inserts, labels and tags. We are unable to accept any item(s) that have been damaged or used (Correct Toes excepted - see above); the product must be in new and original condition for us to accept a return.
If an item is not returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please note that there will be a $10 restocking charge on all refunds if we have shipped products to you twice or more to cover our postage costs.
